"No response after damaged caused by Bakwena Toll Road booms"

This morning on my way to work around 6:15 when I want to pass through the tollgate at Doornpoort plaza. The boom went up and came down and hit my car on the rooftop. I did phone Bakwena and I send an e-mail and I'm still waiting for a response from them.
