No response after damaged caused by Bakwena Toll Road booms

The Bakwena boom opened like usual on my way to the work but then closed unexpectedly hitting my car on the roof near the front window. I stopped but the Bakwena personnel were very unhelpful and referred me to the national number. I then found out I had to register an incident at the tollgate and had to complete a form. They could not e-mail it to me. When I returned to the tollgate a few days later I had to stand outside the office in the cold in poor light and complete it. To date they have refused to provide me with the video footage or respond to my e-mails.
