Duplicate toll charges

<p>My recent weekend travel took me past the Carousel Toll Plaza on the Friday and back again the Monday, However my credit card statement shows I went thru twice on the Friday. Looks like Bakwena employees think we dont pay enough taxes yet? And are getting away with overcharging clients.</p>
