Customer service

Thers a lady buy the name of Phindile that works at the doornpoort toll gates her service is pathetic she is very RUDE SHE THROWS CHANGE .... the word rude doesnt even describe her i pass there evryday and its worse by day , she needs to be taught customer service and if she doesnt like her job she must leave.
