Bakwena Toll Road not working because of power failure

Unacceptable that the Hammanskraal off-ramp tollgate did not work on Friday (11 October 2019). Cannot believe that Bakwena Toll Roads cannot have a back-up plan in case of a power failures. Utterly disgraceful!
