allowing cattle and goats to wander and graze

This is now a daily occurance that cattle and goats in the marikana area are allowed to wander freely and graze on the highway Yesterday this nearly caused a major accident as a truck carrying chrome ore to rustenburg swerved in front of me to avoid a wandering *** and nearly hit the taxi in front of me and then I nearly struck the *** with my car..<br> We pay a lot of mony for this toll service I would expect the road to be safe to travel on. If these animals caused an accident to me or any member of my family I would certainly take the owner of the animals to court for neglegence and also Bakwena toll roads.This is dangerous guys DO something.
