Abysmal service at Zambezi Toll Gate

Had the worst seveice ever at the Zambezi Toll Gate, going South, towards Pretoria East. The first e-tag lane I used refused to open, and when I reversed, the gate would open and promptly close again. I called a worker and asked for assistance, and was rudely laughed at as he walked away. I then went to another lane ( Lane 2305) to talk to a worker, and when I explained my problem, she also laughed at me. I then asked for her name, which she refused to give. I then tried taking a picture of her face and had the window slammed in my face. She then laughed behind the window and called someone and laughed about the situation on the phone. I called the hot line number for Bakwena Toll Gates (Saturday 18 February - 21h12) and was told that the manager on staff would come to assist. I waited for nearly 10 minutes and no one showed up. This is ridiculous to me. That at 9 o'clock at night I get treated like a joke by the employees of the Bakwena Toll Gate. I can't imagine what would happen in the case of an actual emergency. I find it unacceptable that even the manager was absent. I expect this to be handled properly and hope the employee will be dealt with accordingly. I expect to know what will be done to remedy this as well as an apology from the employee.
