Wonderful Spa Experience

I recently attended the Spa for a full day of pampering... and boy was it pampering alright! I have a very stressful job in Industrial Relations. To give you an ideal, the day I went was a Saturday and half way through breakfast I received a call that one of my clients were dealing with an unexpected unprotected strike. I was running around the Spa in a dressing gown with my laptop drafting ultimatums. Samu, the Spa receptionist was kind enough to assist me with faxing them and moving my treatments around to accommodate me. Totally went out of her way to make my life easier and my Spa day as enjoyable in spite of it all. The Staff are all friendly and go out of their way to pamper you! The food was delicious, especially the cheese platter in the afternoon. I even ventured to try the Mr Nibble - with little fish that remove dead skin cells on your feet. Awesome and a must for all who attend the Spa! I would recommend a day at Bakwena to anybody - totally blissful relaxation even when you're dealing with a strike! Thank you for going the extra mile for me Bakwena!
