Inexperienced staff

The entire staff at the Bakwena Spa are unfriendly and unprofessional. The waiters rush to collect your plate, the ladies working there don't have any p and q. No one to welcome my party, the gowns given to use were torn and tatted not enough space in the change rooms not enough sunbeds were available. No choice of menu for vegetarians. Terrible experience
