Dissapointng Experience

Visited the Bakwena Spa in Cape Town Zevenwachet Estate and was highly unimpressed. Went for the half day spa package, was suppose to receive a full body massage but the lady was more out of the room than in, the time slot ended before she even did my upper body and the pressure was way to hard, also the rooms have no ambiance and are very clinical, small and bright. The spa also has no facilities except one cold small outdoor pool. The showers are also old and the water cut mid shower, had to wipe off the soap and get dress, no apologies or explanations were given and I was just told it happens. Sadly would not recommend. Was definitely not worth spending almost R1000.
