Day spa disaster

Went for half day spa package for 2,which includes a lunch however it was not a buffet as advertised. Food was tasteless and dry. They don't even have a hostess in the dining hall to guide visitors. The spa treatments was average too much noise and talking from the the******. Another irritating thing is it is communal areas no privacy with treatment whatsoever. People expect value for money. We pay an arm and a leg to treat ourselves once in a while. It's not peanuts. Plus on their web page there is no place to write a review. They need to pull up their socks. Word of mouth travels fast.
