Bakwena spa Zevenwacht. Worse night ever

Where do I start? What was supposed to be a relaxing evening turned out into a huge let down. When we got there, they basically gave us slippers and told to go change into gowns. The gowns were all mixed up and some where broken. Then the lockers, half of them are broken as well. Went to the dining area, snacks where biscuits and marshmallows which everyone just dipped their hands into (gross). Head, neck and shoulder massage was okay. Then went to for full body massage. This was absolutely horrible. The masseuse nearly snapped my neck in half. I have a huge lump on my neck three days later due to inflammation. Oh they didn't have hooks to hang my gown on so I had to leave it on the floor. But that's not all. They left my door ajar while I was lying there half exposed. I didn't realize this until I felt a draft when they went to "find" the hot stones. Took them more than five minutes. I timed it. When they app**** it it was scalding hot. I really felt butchered and violated during this procedure. At the time, I did not want to make a scene so I just left it and told my husband that they nearly snapped my neck in half. We went for supper. Geez, talk about extremely bland, cold food. The best part of the evening was the foot massage for me. My husband on the other hand endured a torture session. Oh before I forget, they were not prepared for everyone. He had to wait while everyone was being treated already. I think this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The ratings I gave you guys were exaggerated. I will NEVER go back there again. Thank you for a horrible evening.
