Bakwena Spa -Zevenwacht- Disappointment

<p>I am really disappointed!</p> <p>Went for a girls spa day with mom and sister. Day started ok but once our treatments started a few things upset me.</p> <p>*The******s having a proper fight in front of customers before we entered our treatment rooms - Great marks for professionalism</p> <p>*Noisy the******s and customers during treatments, whom we eventually had to ask to please lower their voices as it was disturbing a few of us</p> <p>*But the WORST, our last treatment, a foot, ankle & calf massage. My mom had to wait 10min for a the****** to arrive for her while everyone else started, that's fine. But then to our surprise a waitress comes running in, hastily clipping her nails and then attends to my mom as her 'the******' for this session, apparently they ran out of the******'s (no apology given) Unfortunately it is not this girls fault as this is not her profession but merely rubbing in cream to ones foot and looking around at others to get clues of what to do, that is not what was expected or paid for. My moms session also ended at exactly the same time as the rest of ours.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sad disappointment also comes at the fact that when my mom went to complain, all she got was a lousy 'Sorry'. I feel this could have been handled so much better, customer service clearly did not exist. We were asked about our experience when leaving again and my mom again expressed her let down in the last treatment and sadly again nothing was done.</p> <p> </p> <p>A day which was for relaxation ended up with mixed feelings as although the treatments I received from my 3 the******s were good, the overall environment, facilities and the absolute let down my mom faced left my mom upset and stressed out!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Bakwena Day Spa - Zevenwacht</p>
