Bakwena spa not happy

I have booked with Bakwena spa in centurion for today 08:00 am unfortunately I had crisis at home with my car as I was abt to leave...I tried calling them to ask if they can move the times not cancelling. ..but they are refusing and I have already paid. Now I have been trying to call and negotiate with no answer.
