Bakwena Day SPa in Zevenwacht

Bakwena Day Spa Zevenwacht I am still awaiting your feedback after complaining about the poor service I received with my foot massage. Visited the Spa on my friends birthday celebration and we had a group booking, but each one paid for themselves and whilst everyone else was enjoying themselves and their massages the lady who massaged my feet fell asleep numerous times during that 45 minute massage. That was before Christmas and the least I expected was an apology email, but till date no correspondence from them. Disappointed after paying nearly R900!
