Bad Customer Service from Bakwena Spa Centurion

Hi , I went to Bakwena Spa in centurion with my husband on the 24th march 2019 . This is not even the first time i experienced bad service from the Spa . We booked to the spa to relax but the experience was bad . There was lot of noise which was very uncontrollable . I raised this with the the****** but i was told i have to tell the people to keep quite myself as they can't do it themselves. The worse part is that the the****** where making noise with the very same people also people making phone calls .

The second incident was when i booked the massage and the receptionist forgot to put our names in the books and we received a very rude attitude from the manager of which the mistake was from the receptionist not us. I did send the email but no one was even concerned about this not even a sorry .
