Unsatisfactory room allocation

Booked a twin room at the resort for two single guys and upon arrival they were given a room with a double bed with a patio. After complaining about this, they were told to move to a room behind reception with two beds but with no view at all and no patio.<br> The one guest was from overseas and both men were very disappointed in the service.<br>
