Bakubang admin / cleaning

We went to Bakubang for our first visit last week for the long weekend. The food was wonderful, the game drives were good (except that the lights on the vehicles were not as great as expected and we didnt see much animals between 6 and 7pm due to that). The only complain I have is that we were supposed to get the room by 2pm, but was only allowed in at about 2:45pm. This after we were told that we can actually get the room earlier if it is cleaned earlier and we were waiting since 12pm. Together with that the room and bathroom were not cleaned properly and used toiletries etc. was not replaced once for the 3 day visit.
