Poor Quality

<p>November 2015 I bought a BRAND new couch from Bakos Brother Menlyn. Upon delivery the couch was damaged and the then uplifted the couch. As factories were closed and could not wait until the next year they offered us another couch to that value and we accepted.</p> <p>Within less than 6 months the couch started looking old and started peeling, I called them and they collected the couch for inspection and said it is just the leather but they will scotch guard it (Which we paid for).</p> <p>About a month later the couch was deteriorating rapidly and I called them again. Once again they uplifted the couch and called to say it is dirty! THe couch was and is not dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The so called leather is peeling!</p> <p>I called them again and they said they will have it recovered in January2017, all I requested was that since they are willing to recover it could they make it the colour I actually ordered initially.</p> <p>Till today no response, I email and call them daily but to no avail!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, there are other manufacturing faults on the couch that I have brought to their attention.</p> <p>MY brand new 1 year old couch looks older than 10 years! I will never buy from them again. So much for associating Bakos Brothers with quality... we actually paying a fortune for poor quality items as well as poor service delivery!</p>
