no etiquette

<p>I visited your Menlyn brach today and i must say i am very disappointed in your staff at the branch. There where 3 ladies sitting behind the counter talking, none achnowledge me or assisted me but they looked me in the face, i went deeper into the store and another lady passed me, talking on the phone, swearing. this was clearly a personal call. She did not greet me or assisted me. I came there to spend money and was looking for some assistance, is this what customer service looks like in your company? I can assure you that i will now take my business elsewhere.&nbsp;</p>
