Expensive new sofa when delivered looks as second hand sofa

<p>I went to Bakos to buy a sofa. I fell in love with one of them! and because it is an expensive place I was sure of the quality and service will be the best one! WRONG so wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sofa was delivered to my house on time but it was dirty and stained ! It looks like it was on show somewhere before. The edges are all dirty. I was not happy. When checking it I saw 3 stains on it!</p> <p> </p> <p>I call them and the answer was that they were going to send someone towash it. For a moment I accepted this, but on second thoughts, why should I accept a new sofa that has to be washed on arrival???</p> <p> </p> <p>The guys came to wash it but they were going to wash only the stains and in my garden!</p> <p> </p> <p>It's a white sofa, how is it going to look after it is washed in my garden??? I got scared that once it was washed and the result was not satisfactory that I would not get my money back for accepting that they wash it. I was really angry! So, I decided not to let them wash it and try to get a replacement or my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I comunicated this to Bakos Brothers, but their answer was NO! They will not replace it or give me my money back! I must accept that they wash it! This is just not acceptable! </p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW COUCH! I WILL NOT ACCEPT A NEW COUCH THAT NEEDS TO BE WASHED ON ARRIVAL!</p> <p> </p>
