Misleading advert

Misleading advert. Resulted in a purchase being made , upon arrival of goods it was discovered that the items received were of Japanese brand and not Oem Brand. Goods were returned and to date, money has not been reimbursed. Attempts on thee follow up on the reimbur*****t has proved to be fruitless.
