Worst customer service ever experienced in my life. Very helpful and friendly when busy purchasing an item from them, but after you receive the item and it is not what was expected they flat-out refuse to communicate in any other way than typed WhatsApp messages, not taking any calls, ignoring you for weeks. at the end of the day, they did refund me, after three months of endless frustration and deducting 10% for so called administrative costs. lost +- R 2000.00
