Disappointment

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from this moving company.

Our booking was scheduled for 9:00 AM, yet the team only arrived at 10:45 AM with no proper communication regarding the delay. To make matters worse, we specifically paid for a 13-ton truck, but the company arrived with only a 1-ton bakkie and trailer, which was completely inadequate for the job.

After we raised our concerns, we were assured that a 6-ton truck would arrive by 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, that truck only arrived at 2:35 PM, causing even further delays and disruption to our move.

The entire moving process felt rushed due to the lost time, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the day. Whenever we asked for updates, we were met with poor communication and very little information.

What should have been a straightforward move turned into an exhausting all-day ordeal, with unloading only being completed at 7:30 PM.

To make matters worse, several items were damaged during the move. When I raised these concerns, instead of receiving assistance or understanding, I was met with arrogant and dismissive responses.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, delays, damaged items, and unacceptable customer service made what should have been an exciting day extremely stressful.
