The pool cover that never was

After seeing an adverti*****t for pool covers, I sent through a request for a cover. The measurements were completed, and a deposit paid at the end of November 2017. To date I am still without my pool cover, and I am no closer to receiving a refund or a cover. The phone lines never work, there is no physical address and every person has a different excuse.
