Servicing on repairs

<p>I am a client of Bakgatpool covers. I've been in contact with Bakgatpool covers since 9 June 2017 about repairs of my pool cover. Call the number on their website, thinking that the owner (Shane) will answer, but to my surprise Jaye answered. I was advised that Jaye is no longer employed at the company. If you call the number Jaye still answers. The pool cover was collected at my premises on 29 June 2017. That's how long they took for collection. I was advised on 13 July that a new cover will be made and they waiting on the factory. Today is 1st Aug 2017 and still no response. Something is definitely wrong here! There's no honesty and I have to make contact all the time. </p>
