Pool Cover never delivered

I reacted on a special from Bakgat pools end of November 2017. I paid my Deposite immediately to secure my cover. According to their website the cover will be installed 7 days after payment. Two months later and I am still waiting. I have been promised numerous times that this will be done. I was even promised 4 000 liters of water because I have lost so much in the time waiting. Eventually I have asked for a refund. I was told by Alicia that my money will be paid back. They do not have an office that I can go to. Their phones are not woring or stay unanswered. emails the same. This is *****. Please be aware of this company. You will lose your money.
