After sales service SHOCKING

In October 2016, we installed an 8 meter pool through Bakgat Pools Cape Town. Their prices were good, and we also called references of people that Bakgat had fitted pools for. They seemed to come well recommended. Shane, a really nice person and a genuine guy also was very professional. Our problem with Shane and Bakgat Pools starts now, 14 months later. There is something wrong with our pool. The motor works, however there is no suction, therefore the creepy is not running and the jets do not work. We even went and bought a new creepy thinking that was the issue. We only fitted the pool last summer so used it only for a few months before winter. We called shane and asked him to please come through as we have called a pool company who has advised us to contact the installers - the problem is with the installation. They also told us that we had been given a 0.75 pump when in fact we needed a 1.1 pump for the size of our pool. Anyways Shane's mobile is now being answered by someone else and there is no number to get a hold of him directly on. After numerous calls and promises to come through and never pitching, I stated my grievance quite amicably on Bakgat's Facebook page where he used my pools picture to advertise for Bakgat. Instead of responding to my grievance, Bakgat deleted it and blocked me from their page. I now sit with a pool that cost us around R70k and we cannot use it in the midst of the current summers heat. We also cannot look after it as we don't know whats wrong. I feel really hard done in after this huge investment and especially since I considered Shane a friend and a genuine guy, only to be let down in this manner.
