Terrible service, very rude manager!

Very bad service, very rude manager by the name of Michelle and *********** staff that don’t communicate with each other. From the word go after my insurance contacted them to fix the geyser it was one after the other. Eventually they installed the geyser but we still don’t have hot water - when they came to assess they saw that we have geyser wise, they switched it off. Come installion time (different team was brought out) they suddenly don’t work with geyser wise and have no idea how to connect their geyser with it! Long story short we still don’t have hot water!
