Hopeless!!!

<p>I contacted Bakgat Plumbers to give a quotation for repairs to two toilets at my home. Both were leaking. They said one needed to be replaced and they would fix the leak on the other one. I paid the money over before they would attend to the problem. Two days after the job was completed, the one toilet started leaking again and I had to call them back for repairs. The week after that, the other toilet started leaking again too. I called them again. A month later I get a call that I need to pay for the repairs!! How can they expect me to pay for one job twice!!!???? If it was fixed properly the first time, they wouldnt have to come back-twice!!! Now after more than 4 months they want payment! Never ever will I use their services again and the people working there have no communication with each other. I must have received 20 calls from them for this but I refuse to pay twice for the same job! Try explaining that to them???!!!!</p>
