Bakgat workers are very sneaky and *************. Called them over to get a gyser fixed in my roof last year. They went up my roof to fix, but ended up puncturing a big hole in my ceiling, the hole was in my built in closet. Instead of them coming clean that one of the guys accidentally took a wrong step in the ceiling and punctured a hole, their white manager just randomly asked to see the guest bedroom, I thought nothing of it at the time, the manager just looked at the ceiling and said "okay it's alright". Only to discover 3 days later when opening the built-in closet/wardrobe in the guest bedroom that there's a puncture hole in the ceiling.
