Bad service at Bakgat Biltong New Market

First time that I decided to go to Bakgat Biltong New Market. First time and definitely the last time. I asked for 3 x baskets with biltong. I specially asked I would like a lot of biltong and not a lot of fat, it must not be just grass and basket. The lady suggested that I take the R200.00 per basket then they will ad R50.00 worth of biltong extra. I placed my order and I just thought let me get some extra goodies for the baskets at another store. Sort of a long story. This is what I got for R200.00 per basket 4 small little bags in each basket and a lot of fat not even a 100grm in each. The lady did explain but the costs is in the grass and basket and wrapping paper!!!!!! R84.00!!!!! That means the biltong in the 4 packets is then R116.00 + R50.00 extra biltong = R166.00. The wrapping looked like if it came out the washing basket. It is all creased it looked terrible!!!!! Another customer enter the store and she saw the basket full of the goodies I bought and you can hardly see any any biltong in the baskets, and she asked the Price and the lady said. R200.00 each!!!! I explained to the staff but that is not true, because all the goodies that you could see is from another store, what an attitude I got!!!! Shook her head and dropped I big sigh!!! She did say she will rewrap the basket but I did say no thank you, I need to get out of that place ASAP. Wonder if it is because it is youngsters that is in the store and not the owners???
