RUINED CHRISTMAS - SHOCKING EXCUSE

I booked a table for my elderly mother and myself for Christmas lunch as the rest of our family were away. The person took my details and confirmed the booking. I never heard from them again - only to arrive on Christmas Day to find that they are closed. Not a phonecall to let us know, not a word. I posted a post on Facebook to complain about this, and the most pathetic response was that I never paid a deposit that a) I was never asked for and b) THEY WERE CLOSED SO HOW COULD THAT BE THE EXCUSE.<br> <br> I left a voicemail on their answerphone - I still have not heard from them. THANK YOU for ruining my Christmas - I will NEVER support you ever in my life, and I will spread the word!!!
