Poor customer service and deceit at Bakery Co

I booked a birthday cake for my son at Bakery Co, the agreement was that i will get a two tier cake i was given a quote and i paid for everything in full. I collected the cake on 27/04/2018 as per our agreement but during the party when i cut the first tier which was a soccee call shape low and behold it was a plastic covered in icing sugar decoration. I immediately called them to complain on ********** 910 and I was told to send the banking details for a refund of which i'm still waiting for. I sent a whatsapp message to check how far they are and only to find out that my number was blocked then i sent an sms there was no respond and when I call they don't answer my calls. The bad service and ignorance at bakery co ruined my son's day and i wouldn't advice anyone to do business with them.
