Bakery Co. ruined my baby's birthday with a horror cake

Bakery Co in Polokwane ruined my son's cake order,the design looked like a kindergarten art and the cake was burnt inside. They used extra cream to make it moist and hide the burnt part but it was just hard. I complained to them but got an arrogant response. They offered a voucher for my next order, as if I would order from them again. Yoh guys I was so hurt,this is suppose to be a reputable company but they ruined my child's birthday ?.They couldn't event print the freaking flags right.
