Poor ethics!

A simple and easy to understand guide to understand that I will not let this slide and will not rest until proper justice has been served. I think it's disgusting but rather should say disappointed that large companies such as yourself think its ok to act in such an unprofessional manner. From the onset of this whole mess have I not only had to endure the inconvenience, the upset/financial burden and plain unpleasant experience caused by an authorized staff member of your establishment but also had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with your unpleasant insurance service provider as well. Therefore after dealing with some unforseen circumstances in my life combined with poor health and retrenchment it has taken me some time to compose myself in order to get this complaint on record. I would like to herewith formally inform you that I have decided to take action against your company and the driver responsible for destroying my car. After consultation with my legal counsel I have decided that I will be laying a charge of reckless and negligent driving as well as failure to stop at the scene of a collision. As an investigator by trade I will be Liaising with all the relevant experts to confirm beyond any doubt that it was your driver that was in the wrong and will be fighting for the cost of repairs and my legal fees. I have already got five witnesses that are willing to testify in court that I did in fact stop, observe and take all necessary steps to exercise proper defensive driving protocol before entering that left turn. Please review, analyze and perhaps involve an expert or two to confirm a few things before making such bold accusations. It is clear that your driver acted irresponsibly and was the sole cause for this collision. I have started the repairs process of my vehicle at my own expense but will be fighting for full refund.
