I have been struggling to get hold of a consultant at Bakers SA limited. Even though I complained about the lack of help by waiting for the phone to be answered, one person at Bakers put her hand up and decided to assist me. Thank you Zandile Ngena for your assistance in resolving my query. The person I was looking for phoned me back and sorted the issue out. If it was not for you Zandile I would still be in a pickle. You are an example of what good customer care looks like and I trust you will continue with your positive attitude.
