Absolutely outstanding customer service, sales and professional packaging!

I've been purchasing from bakers boutique from the inception of my business, and for some reason would always be a tad too late on Item that sold out quickly.

The one time that I had decided to be the early bird, a certain courier company decided to misplace my box of joy.

Through constant communication with the courier company and keeping Naazia from Bakers Boutique in the loop. She made it her priority to re-order the moulds that were now "out of stock" and worked sheer magic in ensuring that they had arrived within a week if not quicker, making sure that I, the client was not left in the lurk nor disappointed.

The parcel was then sent to me on an overnight delivery (at her own cost, keeping in mind that the previous service providing courier company had not compensated her for misplacing a box of goods). This wonderful soul had added in extra items to accommodate the inconvenience even though it was none of her fault. This gesture has won my respect and continuous support.

Bakers boutique truly goes beyond and above for their clients and has put the biggest smile on my heart and face! Through her busiest time of year, Bakers Boutique have still made it their duty to ensure their client base is taken care of, and may I add, they do it with so much of calmness and pride.
