Unhappy customer

I am very disappointed with Bakers customer service. I had purchased 2 x 2kg choice assorted biscuit and in one of the packs the lemon cream biscuit had about insect mold together in the cream with wings sticking out. I called customer service and sadly the lady says there's nothing she can cos I had discarded the product as it was not a good site. Total put off. I have been buying Bakers products all my life and for me to get turned down by their customer service is sad. I'm very disappointed
