Thats a Hole new story

<p>I have purchased a box of Romany creams biscuit and upon opening the box I found it to have big holes and a disintergrated foil wrapping. It looked disgusting and as if something has been eating it from the inside. I had emailed Bakers biscuits about it and to my dismay the lady said that they can not take responsibility for it and she could unfortunately not reimburse me for the product. I had sent her photos of the product and by looking at that she had reached her conclusion. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from their customer care as complaining about a bad product made it seemed like I was trying to score a free box of biscuit and the problem was not investigated properly. I would really appreciate if you could look into it. Tia</p>
