STALE TENNIS BISCUITS

I purchased a pack of tennis biscuits and it was stale. I sent an email to bakers and was contacted by telephone. And lady took down the complaint and said they don't replace and it's not their fault. The calm has been recorded. I even sent complaint to South African government and competition commission. No response. This is a food product and is pushed under the carpet. Nobody is handling the complaint.
