Stale Royal Creams

Dear Bakers

This is now totally unacceptable.

I wrote to you on the 16th January complaining about the stale Royal creams and I received a call from a lady to advise me that when the biscuits leave your warehouse they are fresh.

I run a very prestigious business and I give my clients the stay fresh packs as something to indulge with a cappuccino in the night when they are busy working. This time I’m even more upset as one off my customers this morning came to me to show me that the box of biscuits that I had given her the 3 stay fresh packs were all opened and extremely stale. The were not sealed in the middle.

I don’t want someone to call me to advise me that when the biscuits leave your warehouse they are fresh. If this is the level of incompetency and customer service that you offer to paying customers then I think that you should seriously relook at your customer service department. I’m not looking for a freebie or any vouchers as that is not the way in which I operate, all I’m asking that you look into the stale biscuits and the packaging of them. If you are not willing to deal with complaints then kindly remove the information from the back of the biscuit box that clearly states that for any reason you are not satisfied with this product kindly email us on ***
