****roach embedded into eet sum more biscuits

<p>I recently purchased a box of eet sum more biscuits as I usually do ever so often. The pack was not damaged and neither was the box. Whilst eating the biscuits last night...I found a huge dead ****roach embedded into one of the biscuits midway through the packet. </p> <p>I work as a quality officer and my job is to ensure fresh and safe products for animal and ultimately human consumption.</p> <p>I am utterly disappointed by bakers and it's a huge concern for consumers like myself who trust in products only to find otherwise. </p> <p>Surely there are quality control measures set in place to avoid such situations or has someone been negligent in this regard? </p> <p> </p>
