Provita Plain Corn Crumbs!! (They call them cakes!!!)

Provita's Plain Corn Cakes are an absolute disaster!

Over the past few months we had about 10 packets where the cakes were all but destroyed. The crumbs and small pieces were certainly not fit to be called corn cakes. They served as bad dogfood.

And of course when you complain you are confronted with a lady who obviously does not even know what the words "customer care" means. She ended up having a long argument with my wife about what we should have and should not have done. She simply refused to remedy the matter in any way. She was quite happy to let us be the losers. She even tried to make my wife out as a ****!!

I find her attitude absolutely disgusting! I will most certainly never ever by another product marketed by Bakers/Snackworks/National Brands.

Just as a matter of interest we had a similar problem a few years ago with the same people when their Willard Chips were also crumbs rather than chips. At the time they had exactly the same response!
