Poor management and customer service

Hello I'm Sheldon, I have purchased a bakers brand tennis biscuits and it was stale .I have sent a complaint and received a call from a department in Johannesburg and have been told there is not they can do about it so I asked what am I supposed to do with it my answer was to just dispose of the biscuits and it will not be replaced in accordance to management. So it means I must just count it as a loss because they making so much money they don't care about their customers. I will never purchase bakers brand and I recommend no one else do so because if the quality is bad you won't get anything it will be like taking that money and throwing it away.
