Piece of hair

I bought "Topper Biscuits" @ Spar for my kids today. The first two biscuits were ok and the third biscuit I found hair which was in between the layers. I had to take it back to @Spar and they refund me. How the hell did the piece of hair get into the biscuits? Especially with this covid 19 pandemic. Someone was not wearing their protective clothing ?
