PATHETIC AFTER SALES

I purchased a 200g Nutticrust from Midstream Ridge Spar on Monday 6th January 2020 and the product was not up to standard. The biscuits were not crunch and I discarded the product. After explaining that I did not keep the package but still had a sealed packet the only response I received from Nicole Hayes was "We're sad to hear how unhappy you are and your grievances have been noted, however, as previously stated, it is not possible to provide you with feedback given the absence of any batch information and, since we are unable to retrieve the specific retention samples from the batch you experienced the problem with, we are unable to determine why the product you reported was unsatisfactory and did not meet with your expectations. Once again, should you ever experience a problem with a product in the future, we strongly recommend that you retain everything. We thank you for your time and wish you well for the coming year.
