Not happy at all

Good day Bakers Biscuits

I always buy your biscuits for my kids as they love them, but i feel that it is only fair i give you feedback regarding your bakers biscuits mini's.

Every month i buy your product and my kids would show me biscuits that are burnt and i would tell them to throw them away but it is not fair as i paid the full amount for this product. this morning when i was packing their lunch boxes i opened a packet of eet sum more mini packet they have holes and i will not let me kids eat them cause i dont think they are safe for them to eat. i would like you guys to call me back regarding this i have kept quiet for too long and i will esclalate this to the consumer complains board,
