No communication after months! Unimpressed!

I purchased Mini Cheddars (pack of 6 - cheese flavour) as I always do for my kids' lunchboxes. The purchase was made at PNP Tokai Junction. When I got home and unpacked the items, 3 out of the 6 packets were open (split in the back). I immediately too pictures and emailed the Bakers customer complaints email address. That was on 12 November 2021. By 4 December 2021 I had still not heard back from them and resent my mail. Yesterday, I was at the same PNP branch, purchased Mini Cheddars again (BBQ flavour) and 1 out of the 6 packs were open.

I'm so disappointed that I've not heard back from Bakers after all this time and didn't even bother to lodge the latest complaint because it literally falls into a black hole. A trusted and most loved brand in RSA but heck the customer service leaves much to be desired. A 1-star rating is being generous in this regard.
