need feedback on competition

I entered the Backers Competition 3weeks back and the Unique Code it gave me an error message and when I called to report it, I was told my query will be attended to. Up until now, I am the one who keeps on calling them to enquire and they always say they will call me back. When I called last week I was told that Belinda will call me back until now.<br> <br> It's unfair to anyone to enter a competition and when there is a problem with the codes supp**** you get no feedback. It makes me wonder if I didn't win but they are trying to get me to forget about it and rob me if I have won.<br> <br> Hope this will be followed up urgently.
